Walk - Ins

We gladly accept walk-in clients based on stylist availability. To ensure you receive service from your preferred stylist, we highly recommend scheduling your appointment ahead of time.

Product Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our professional retail products is important. Products may be exchanged for an alternative product or for an equivalent in-store credit, provided the return is made within two weeks (14 days) of the original purchase date. For an exchange or credit to be processed, the product container must be returned and contain at least 75% of the original volume.

Cancellation Policy

We require clients to notify the salon at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. If 24 hours' notice is not provided, a convenience charge may be applied.
